Orient Group has established a Workers Welfare Fund from which workers are given extra financial support (as loan/grant) in case of any medical or family emergency

All the workers of Orient Group are covered under group insurance scheme

Blood Donation (Al-Haz Nadu Miah Blood for life)

Orient Group has formed an organization named " Al-Haz Nadu Miah Blood for life " consisting of a large pool of in-house blood donors. Blood groups of all the volunteer donors (about 300) are recorded in a comprehensive data bank. Whenever requirement arises, all the employees of the group and their families can have blood just by making a request. In average, about 10 to 15 bags of blood are donated per month from this organization

Festival Bonus

Workers are given bonuses on the occasions of Eid-Ul Fiter and Eid-Ul-Azha

Medical Facilities

Services of Part time Doctor and Nurse are provided to the workers. Free medicines are also given.

Donations

We have been donating food, clothing, etc regularly to the flood affected people in time of their need. Besides, we give scholarships/stipends and donate books to needy students.

Sports

Outdoor Sports activities, such as soccer, cricket, etc tournaments are arranged from time to time for the workers and the staff. Moreover, Carom and Ludu tournaments are held on different occasions for female workers

Orient Cultural Club

This club arranges cultural programs on different occasions. Workers of Orient Group perform in drama, singing and dancing. We are organizing drama & songs to create awareness among workers about different social and health issues.
